Why is MOPZA26 virtual this year instead of in-person?
MOPZA26 is virtual by design.
Going virtual in 2026 means more people in the room — no travel costs, no time zone barriers, no reason to sit this one out. The content, the community, and the conversations are the same. The format is just built to reach further.
Pro members help shape what comes next — early access to session proposals, speaker voting, and exclusive input on future formats as MOPZA continues to grow.

Will MOPZA ever return to an in-person or hybrid format?
Yes. The goal is to bring MOPZA back in person in 2027 — and Pro members are how we get there.
Every new member moves us closer to making that happen. Virtual in 2026 builds the foundation. In-person in 2027 is where we take it next. Members will have the earliest insight and input into what that looks like.

Do you have a budget request template?
Well, yes, we do! If you need to request a budget, here is a free template you can copy/paste.
What is the refund policy if I can't attend?
We understand that plans can change. If you notify our team at least 90 days before the event, we'll fully refund your ticket purchase. Requests made within 89 days of the event will receive a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future event. Unfortunately, refund requests within 60 days of the event are not eligible for a cash refund or credit.
