Do you have a budget request template?

Well, yes, we do! If you need to request a budget, here is a free template you can copy/paste.

Which airport is the best for arrival?

We HIGHLY recommend John Wayne Airport (SNA) as it is the closest airport to our venue. The cost to Uber/Lyft often equals the ticket cost to get to John Wayne Airport. Second up, we recommend LAX unless SD is a good bit cheaper. Lyft/Uber are great for going from LAX to Anaheim. San Diego Int’l Airport (SAN) has roughly the same transit time to Anaheim. There’s about a 30-minute difference in travel time from San Diego to Anaheim, but depending on when you travel, that traffic differential can be equal between LA to OC or SD to OC.

Is there a unique link I can use for the hotel block?

Absolutely! This year, we’re partnering with the Westin Anaheim to ensure you have a premium stay. Once you’ve secured your event ticket, you can easily book your room through our exclusive link.

What is the refund policy if I can't attend?

We understand that plans can change. If you notify our team at least 90 days before the event, we'll fully refund your ticket purchase. Requests made within 89 days of the event will receive a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future event. Unfortunately, refund requests within 60 days of the event are not eligible for a cash refund or credit.
