What ticket options are available?

We offer multiple ticket types, including General Admission, Camp-MOpza, and the exclusive Magic Pass (which includes Disney Day!).

What is the refund policy if I can't attend?

We understand that plans can change. If you notify our team at least 90 days before the event, we'll fully refund your ticket purchase. Requests made within 89 days of the event will receive a 50% refund or a 100% credit toward a future event. Unfortunately, refund requests within 60 days of the event are not eligible for a cash refund or credit.

Which airport should I fly into?

We highly recommend John Wayne Airport (SNA) since it’s the closest to Anaheim. If that’s not an option, LAX or San Diego (SAN) are good alternatives, with ground transportation available.

What’s the best way to connect with other attendees before the event?

Join our MOps-Apalooza Slack community to start networking before you even arrive. Details will be sent after you register!

What should I bring to the event?

Bring your laptop, a notebook, business cards (yes, people still use them!), and a great attitude! You’ll also want comfortable shoes—there’s plenty of networking and learning to do!

Is there a dress code?

Come as you are! Most attendees opt for business casual, but comfort is key. And don’t forget your Disney gear if you’re joining us for Magic Day!
